Who Are We?
Deegan Hearing Clinic is a family owned and independent hearing clinic. We opened our doors in 2013 to help our Oshawa and Lindsay communities achieve better hearing health.
Our team of hearing care professionals work together to help our patients succeed, whether that be with hearing aids, tinnitus treatment, hearing protection or more.

Staff Testimonials
Hear from our staff about their experience working at Deegan Hearing Clinic

“I started at Deegan Hearing Clinic in 2024, and I was looking for a position where a healthy work-life balance was prioritized and to build up my clinical experience across different ages and cases. Patient-centreed care was a huge priority for me, too.
“Working with Deegan Hearing Clinic has been so great – not just for my career but for me. What sets our clinic apart is the management; we have a very welcoming and supportive environment, making it easy to come in and give 110% to my patients and coworkers while being able to go home with enough energy to enjoy time with my family.
“If you’re thinking of joining our team, you won’t regret it!”
Sierra O’Connell, Audiologist

“I worked at a different clinic before moving to Deegan Hearing Clinic, and I learned more in one week here than I did during an entire month at my previous position!
“When I was job-hunting, I wanted to offer administrative support to the clinical team, contribute to the well-oiled machine of the office and expand my knowledge of the hearing industry.
“Deegan Hearing Clinic has knocked it out of the park. I’m so fortunate to have outstanding coworkers who are fun, approachable and knowledgeable, and their support has made it easy for me to ask questions and gain more understanding to help me succeed in my role.
“It’s so rewarding to provide our patients with the gift of improved hearing; it feels like a celebration when a new hearing aid package arrives, and I get so excited to open it and prepare everything for a patient’s hearing aid fitting.
“If you’re looking for a career that will provide a high level of job satisfaction within the first few months, join our team – I have spent the last 15 years in the healthcare field, and joining the team here has been unlike anything I've ever experienced."
Sarah Clark, Medical Administrator

“I have been part of the Deegan Hearing Clinic team since October 2015. I was looking for a position where I could use my knowledge and experience as a communicative disorders assistant to expand into an office administrator.
“I love being able to help people each day, from patients with appointments to walk-ins. Delivering quick and efficient help to those in need of a cleaning, small repairs or some counselling is one of the greatest joys about my position, knowing that I can help so many people in a speedy and productive way!
“If you’re looking for a career with our team, my one piece of advice is to be yourself. With effective communication and clear passion for what you do, we’d love to have you join us.”
