Sarah Clarke
Medical Administrator, RPN
Hi! My name is Sarah. I joined Deegan Hearing Clinic in the summer of 2024 as a Medical Administrator, RPN.
I have always worked within the helping professions since 2008 after graduating from the Social Service Worker program at Fleming College. I then branched off and worked as a PSW; it was during this time I knew my passion was to become a Nurse. I then returned to school for my Nursing, graduating from the Practical Nursing program at Fleming College in 2015.
My nursing career has given me the opportunity to work with a multitude of patients of all ages in a vast array of settings ranging from Acute Care within Hospital, Correctional Nursing, HomeCare to Telemedicine. However it has been my own personal experience with hearing loss and becoming a recipient of a Cochler Implant in 2021 that lead me to seek employment within the Auditory sector.
I feel that my combined experiences have given me the tools to continue to provide optimal care in a different capacity, along with the ability to truly empathize with those coming into our Offices.
When not working you can find me working on a crochet project, spending time with family or friends, along with keeping up with the latest episode of Coronation Street.
Sarah's favorite sound: Listening to rain hit the roof up at our cottage.
